Happy Birthday has been sung, the cake has been cut, and the presents have been opened.....I celebrated my 49th birthday today......Tomorrow begins my journey towards the 'Big 50'.....My journey towards becoming fit & fabulous...Something I haven't been in 16-years. I have a feeling it isn't going to be pretty, but I know it will be so worth it in the end.
